11 steel frame modular code 4 HA residential units.

The site conditions was deemed too contaminated for residential inhabitancy, which as a result of the site conditions, the entire project had to be built over ground including the utility service's.

​

Structural Steel Ringbeams were mounted on Helical Piles, above ground level to house the 11 units.

​

You'll see from the images, that all the habitable living areas, within the project had to be constructed in Timber Decking including  communal walkways & gardens, to front & rear of the properties
